About Vinita Karim
Vinita Karim's nomadic experiences come to life in her art, as she draws inspiration from her memories of different places and their architecture. Her unique use of a color palette of gold, red, and blue adds vibrancy to her cityscapes, blending reality and imagination. Her work is centered around imaginary cities, but one can spot traces of real-life places like the Mediterranean Sea of Alexandria and Tripoli, the boats of the Padma river in Dhaka, the minarets of Istanbul, and the flags flying on top of temples in Varanasi.
