When you Browse Art on Artflute.com, you’ll notice two tabs – one marked as Originals and the other as Limited Edition Prints. You can make your expression truly personal by exploring a carefully curated collection of original art by incredibly talented artists.

Alternatively, we also offer limited edition prints that are a great way to start experiencing art without spending a fortune. This way, you get to experience art the way you like it.

Note: Please bear with us as the section showcasing original works is going through a tireless revamp to add over 500 profiles.

How do I place an order?

Very simple! You’re obviously already on our website. When you see an artist's work that interests you, click on it. You’ll notice that you get to choose how you want to experience a piece of art. You can buy the original creation or a limited edition print.

If you are looking to purchase a limited edition print - select the size from the drop down options, add to cart and continue till you’re all done with your browsing. Click on "Checkout" from your cart and enter your shipping and payment information. And finally, confirm your order to welcome home art of your choice.

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered in not more than 15 working days. Yes, sooner too!

How much does the delivery cost?

Your favorite limited edition art prints will be delivered in person for free (anywhere in the world).

The delivery charges for original artworks (within India) are already included in the pricing on actuals. In case of international shipments, shipping charges on actuals (depending on location of the buyer and artist, size and weight) will be added to your purchase.

We work with International shipping partners and have shipped art to collectors from Australia | Singapore | USA | UK | UAE. Get in touch with us to explore delivery to other locations.

How do I check the status of my order?

What if I accidently damage the artwork?

Let's hope the damage is not too much. But if the damage is significant, we will need you to pay for the absolute cost.

Does Artflute.com deliver outside India?

Yes. We do and delivery fee will be added to the cost on actuals.

How do I apply a coupon?

You can apply a coupon on the checkout page before you place an order.

How can I pay for my order on Artflute.com?

You can make the payment using any online payment method (i.e Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking).

What is Artflute’s Return and Exchange policy?

Sale of Limited Edition Prints are not returnable, except in the case of damage. For all exchange related queries, drop us an email at experience@artflute.com. Sale of original works are final and are not returnable, except in the case of damage. You are entitled to return the artwork within 5 days of receipt back. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the artwork into your Artflute exclusive wallet.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order by going to your Dashboard. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Artflute Wallet.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have shipped it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-8088-313131.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have made the payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Artflute Wallet immediately after your order has been cancelled.

How do I apply a Discount Voucher/Coupon?

You can apply a coupon on cart page before you place an order. The complete list of your unused and valid coupons is available under the Coupons header in your Dashboard.

What is Artflute Wallet? How do I redeem it?

Artflute Wallet is your store credit with Artflute.com that can be used to pay for purchases on Artflute.com. Amount will be credit to your Artflute Wallet when you return artworks to Artflute.com or when you receive Artflute e-Gift Cards. You can redeem your currency on the Payments page.You can check the balance in your Artflute Wallet in the dashboard.

How do I purchase an Artflute Gift Card?

To purchase an Artflute Gift Card, please go to our Gift Card page and enter the required information. We will email the gift card to the recipient instantly. The recipient can redeem the gift card and use the amount to pay for his or her purchase on Artflute.com.

I just received an Artflute Gift Card. How do I use it?

To use a Gift Card, click on the 'Add Gift Card' button in the body of the email. You will be taken to Artflute.com where you will need to sign up or login to your account. Once this is done, the Gift card value is instantly added to your Wallet and can be used for any Artflute.com purchase.

Do Artflute.com Gift Cards expire?

Yes. Unless redeemed, Artflute.com Gift Cards expire one year from the date of issue. Once the Gift Card has been redeemed into the recipient's wallet, the currency in the wallet never expires.

How do I cancel a Gift Card?

You can cancel a Gift Card if it has not been redeemed by your recipient. If the Gift Card has not been redeemed and you would like to cancel it, please add the Gift Card to your own account. The amount will be transferred to your Wallet and can be used to purchase products on Artflute.com. Gift card amount that is transferred to the customer’s wallet cannot be used to buy another gift card.

What Payment Methods are available for Gift Cards?

You can purchase Gift Cards using any online payment method (i.e Credit Card, Debit Card and Netbanking).
